Bridor supplies bakers, hotels and restaurants with a wide variety of pastries and ‘pains gourmands’ for all tastes – Éclat du Terroir pastries, Pure Bio Organic bread and the Gourmandiz range of savoury and spicy pastries.
Bridor’s innovations have won the company a number of awards for new products. These include the Délifibres baguette, winner of the Flavour of the Year award, and the Arc en Ciel range of bread, created by Bridor together with Lenôtre, which won the Sirha 2011 Innovation Grand Prix.
