From June 3rd to 12th, Apéritif à la française stopped over in Brazil, a few days before the start of the football World Cup. A fitting occasion to share an aperitif mixing Brazilian and French cultures.
On June 3rd, a launch event brought together local medias and trade professionals in a renown neighborhood of Sao Paulo, a venue kept secret until the last moment. During the event: music and DJ show, mixology workshops by Evian/Badoit and a tasting buffet carefully prepared by a local chef. Mr. Denis Pietton, Ambassador of France in Brazil honored us with his presence for this exceptional evening.
On June 9th, a French Happy Hour in “Jazz Brasserie”, a French restaurant in the city offered local consumers the chance to enjoy a specially prepared French menu cooked with products of our partners.
For the start of the football World Cup, “Les 3 Brasseurs”, a French restaurant specialized in beer proposed a world cup aperitif with small bites to eat on the go and cocktails elaborated with beer. A convivial moment, marking the beginning of the most awaited event in the world.
Overall, 30 bars, restaurants and wine shops took part in the event.
