Recipe for 1 person

  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • 6 pieces of lime
  • 6 cl (2 oz) rosé Pineau
  • 1 dash sugar syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitter

Preparation

In a long drink glass, crush the lime on the mint leaves with the sugar syrup and the Angostura. Pour in the Pineau. Mix directly with a cocktail spoon, top off with carbonated water and serve.
